Sales Assistant

As a Sales Associate in our showroom, your role will involve greeting and assisting walk-in customers to ensure a positive experience. You will need to understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models based on their requirements. It will be essential to explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options to potential buyers. Additionally, conducting test drives and ensuring a high-quality customer experience will be part of your responsibilities. Following up with leads, converting prospects into buyers, and maintaining customer database and sales records are key aspects of this role. You will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
