As a B2B Relationship Manager at Arham Shares, your role involves building and managing relationships with sub-brokers, channel partners, and financial institutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing sub-brokers, franchisees, and channel partners. - Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with B2B clients. - Driving business growth by promoting Arham Shares" trading platforms and services. - Training and supporting partners on products, compliance, and operational processes. - Monitoring and analyzing partner performance and providing solutions for growth. - Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth partner operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred). - 14 years of experience in B2B sales or channel partner management in the financial sector. - Knowledge of the broking industry and trading platforms is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with a professional attitude.
