ScholarAstra Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and results-oriented professionals to join our growing team.
Position: Sales & Support Executive
Work mode: Work from home
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Role & Responsibilities:
Convert raw leads into confirmed clients
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, processes, and pricing
Build credibility and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure lead closure
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client servicing (preferred)
Active Listening and clear understanding of client requirements
Strong Problem-Solving and client-centric approach
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
Target-driven, disciplined, and professional approach
Prior experience in education, research, insurance or service-based organizations will be an advantage
