About the Role As an Executive, you’ll be the bridge between AAAMT and schools in Bilaspur and surrounding regions. This dual-role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer interaction, understands the value of education technology, and can balance relationship-building with business development. You’ll ensure schools use our iGuru software effectively while also driving adoption in new institutions through direct sales and outreach. What You’ll Do School Coordination Serve as the on-ground representative of iGuru for assigned schools. Train school staff on product usage and best practices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Resolve product-related queries by coordinating with the internal support team. Conduct regular school visits for relationship management and issue resolution. Monitor product usage and proactively suggest optimizations. Sales & Business Development Identify and approach new schools in Bilaspur and nearby areas. Pitch iGuru software to school owners, principals, and decision-makers. Conduct in-person demos and presentations to showcase product value. Close deals, onboard schools, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay informed on local competitor activities and market trends. Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and keep internal stakeholders updated. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in sales, coordination, or client servicing — EdTech or education industry experience preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and own your outcomes. Comfortable with using mobile and web applications. Willingness to travel locally (Bilaspur + nearby areas) as part of the job.
