Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales & Support Executive to become a part of our team at Nexart and contribute towards the growth of Hyloca (https://hyloca.com)! As a Sales & Support Executive, you will be based in Trivandrum and expected to have a minimum of 12 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include reaching out to digital marketing companies, freelancers, and small to medium-sized businesses to demonstrate and sell the Hyloca platform. Additionally, you will be providing onboarding support and after-sales assistance to clients. The target is to achieve 3-4 conversions per month for the first 6 months. The Hyloca platform is an AI automation tool aimed at enhancing sales and marketing workflows for digital marketers, small businesses, and freelancers. We are in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic about technology. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, be tech-savvy, self-driven, and have a track record of achieving goals. It is essential to be located in Trivandrum or be willing to relocate for this position.
