As a Sales and Service Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our radiology products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance. You will also be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance services as necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess previous experience in sales or customer service, although it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential qualities for this position. A technical aptitude for understanding product specifications and troubleshooting issues will also be beneficial. As a Sales and Service Technician, you will work both independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends is vital to provide the best service to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for performance bonuses. The work schedule includes day shifts from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, and willingness to travel is preferred. The job location is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and the ability to commute or relocate to this area is necessary. Ideally, you should have a Diploma qualification, and holding a Driving Licence will be advantageous.
