Sales and Service Engineer Role and Responsibilities A Sales and Service Engineer is a professional who sets annual sales and service goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager, Service manager & Sales and service Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users or customers. He should meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. Sales Service Engineer Job responsibilities include: · Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs · Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media · Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns · Plan and schedule AMC’s in discussion with customer. · Follow up on repeat sale. Responsibilities · Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns · Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services · Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data · Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections · Collaborate with team members to achieve better results · Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Requirements and skills · Proven experience as a Sales and Service Engineer or relevant role · Proficiency in English · Excellent knowledge of MS Office · Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus · Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques · Fast learner and passion for sales · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach · Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations · Graduate / Diploma Engineer with three year Sales and Service experience Qualification · Diploma holder /B. E /B. tech ( Mech/ Instrumentation) Experience Minimum 3 + years of Sales experience in a Pharmaceutical, Laboratory equipment, Engineering equipment Locations Mumbai and Hyderabad Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
