Sales And Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurology, neurosurgery, audiology & balance medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, achieving sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and clinical training for doctors, surgeons, and technicians.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to ensure smooth equipment performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage territory sales, and support tenders/quotations.
• Document service activities, gather market insights, and act as the key link between customers and the company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years experience in medical device sales/service (neurology / audiology / surgical, or related equipment preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude with good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be willing to learn, adapt, and travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
