Role & responsibilities Promote and sell neurology, neurosurgery, audiology & balance medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, achieving sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and clinical training for doctors, surgeons, and technicians. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support to ensure smooth equipment performance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage territory sales, and support tenders/quotations. Document service activities, gather market insights, and act as the key link between customers and the company. Preferred candidate profile Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 1 to 5 years experience in medical device sales/service (neurology / audiology / surgical, or related equipment preferred). Strong technical aptitude with good communication and presentation skills. Must be willing to learn, adapt, and travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
