Sales and Service Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused female Sales & Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

The Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for:

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reaching out to new prospects through cold calls and maintaining an active call pipeline.
• Client Communication: Engaging with potential clients over phone and email to introduce our interior design services.
• Initial Client Interaction: Understanding client needs, providing information about our services, and building trust in the early stages.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and booking meetings between clients and the design manager for in-depth discussions.
• Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintaining an organized record of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.
• Service Orientation: Ensuring every client interaction is professional, personalized, and aligned with our brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in handling cold calls and client conversations.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ability to track leads systematically.
• A customer-first attitude with persistence and resilience.
• Should be able to speak English, Kanada & Hindi fluently

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
