We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused female Sales & Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport quickly. The Sales & Service Representative will be responsible for: Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reaching out to new prospects through cold calls and maintaining an active call pipeline. Client Communication: Engaging with potential clients over phone and email to introduce our interior design services. Initial Client Interaction: Understanding client needs, providing information about our services, and building trust in the early stages. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and booking meetings between clients and the design manager for in-depth discussions. Tracking & Follow-ups: Maintaining an organized record of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel. Service Orientation: Ensuring every client interaction is professional, personalized, and aligned with our brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident in handling cold calls and client conversations. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ability to track leads systematically. A customer-first attitude with persistence and resilience.
