Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales and Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing operations, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting the customer service team to enhance service quality and efficiency.
