We're seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Associate. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who excels at both building relationships and managing day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and work to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage Operations: Oversee daily administrative tasks, coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow, and help improve operational processes.
Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Track key metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
