Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing physiotherapy clinic!

You’ll be responsible for boosting sales, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations — all while creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Promote the clinic’s services to attract and retain clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners & corporate clients.

• Handle inquiries, explain treatment packages & convert leads into appointments.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups & conversions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Support marketing activities – health camps, awareness drives & online promotions.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for local ads & social media campaigns.

Operations Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

• Coordinate physiotherapist & patient schedules.

• Manage front desk, billing & appointment systems.

• Monitor stock & equipment inventory.

• Maintain clinic cleanliness & readiness.

• Supervise support staff & ensure policy compliance.

• Address patient feedback & resolve issues promptly.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

• Act as a bridge between patients and doctors for seamless communication.
