As an Assistant to the management team, you will play a crucial role in handling sales, day-to-day operations, inventory, dispatch, and showroom maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in attending customers in the showroom, providing product explanations, and preparing quotations. - Maintain neat and updated display areas with new products. - Update stock records, notify management of shortages, coordinate dispatches with the warehouse, and ensure timely delivery. - Support in regular stock checking and reporting. - Help maintain daily records and basic documentation. - Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers as needed. - Support management in planning and tracking day-to-day activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email). - Organized, responsible, and enthusiastic about learning. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively to the team. - Previous experience in sales or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
