Sales and Marketing Supervisor

As an experienced sales professional with a background in Sales and Marketing of Tiles and Sanitary fittings, you will be responsible for various key tasks. Your job will involve traveling to nearby cities/towns/districts such as Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Allahabad, etc., to promote sales. You will also be expected to create reports for the upper management, expand the dealer network, target institutional sales, strategize sales planning, and supervise sales representatives. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively communicate and convince clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule will consist of day shifts, fixed shifts, and weekend availability. The ability to commute or relocate to Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, is necessary for this role, with employer-provided relocation assistance preferred. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of total work experience. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred.
