Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for both sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and conducting sales training. Other tasks will involve analyzing sales data, managing sales teams, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing activities.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
