Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

?Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calls, email campaigns,

social media, networking, etc.)

?Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information

?Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients

?Conduct preliminary sales pitches and presentations

?Assist in proposal development, quotations, and follow-up communication

?Monitor lead conversion and sales pipeline metrics

2. Marketing Duties

?Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)

?Create content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials

?Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms

?Analyze marketing data and campaign performance; prepare reports and insights

?Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies as needed

?Support in organizing trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events

3. Executive Assistant Duties

?Provide administrative support to the Director / Head of Sales & Marketing

?Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas

?Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence

?Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required

?Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks

Requirements

?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

?2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or executive support roles

?Strong organizational and time management skills

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms

?Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

?High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
