Sales and Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely delivery
• Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (ANY)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., packaging, FMCG, B2B,LOAN,CREDIT CARD SALE]
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, Indiamart, Tradeindia)
• Must be self-motivated and target-oriented
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
