Sales and Marketing Representative

You will be a crucial part of our team as a Solar Sales and Marketing Executive, where your primary responsibility will be promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers in the Bhandara and Gondia regions. Your tasks will include identifying and generating leads, conducting site assessments, developing local marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams for project execution and report sales activities to management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. However, freshers with a passion for clean energy and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key skills for this position include excellent communication, a strong local network, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Basic technical understanding of solar systems and proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English are preferred.
