Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Hyderabad. The position involves promoting and selling the company’s range of chemical solutions, managing customer relationships, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The role also includes generating and following up on leads, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include organizing product training sessions and effectively conveying the value of the company’s offerings to potential and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Promote and sell cooling tower, RO, chiller, boiler and industrial chemical products
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Build strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, and purchase departments
• Conduct plant visits, product presentations, and basic technical guidance
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper reporting
• Track competitor activity and market requirements
• Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate for deliveries

Requirements:

1. minimum 3 years' experience in industrial chemical or water treatment sales.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

3. Ability to work independently and travel as needed

4. Qualification: BSc/ BBA / MBA or similar background
