Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Harsh Paints Co. products, maintaining excellent customer service, developing and executing marketing strategies, and conducting training for clients and team members. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, providing product knowledge, and contributing to marketing initiatives that expand the company's reach.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales, including identifying leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships
• Solid understanding of Training methods and the ability to educate clients and colleagues effectively
• Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies and execution
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in the paint, home improvement, or sustainability industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
