Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Receptionist, you will manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and cash handling tasks. You will be the first point of contact for the company, welcoming guests and coordinating front-desk activities. Your role will include offering administrative support, greeting visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-equipped. It is essential for you to have a pleasant personality, strong multitasking and stress management skills, and the ability to deal with emergencies effectively. Flexibility for working in shifts is required. Your responsibilities will be to greet guests, direct visitors, provide information, handle mail, maintain office security, order supplies, and handle cash.
