Role Description

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Ultra Polycoats (A unit of KG Petrochem Ltd.), job location will be in Chennai or Bangalore or near by location. This is a full-time remote role, with visits to customers AS AND WHEN REQUIRED basis. The Sales and Marketing executive will be responsible for driving sales growth for our PVC Leather cloth products. Our exiting customers are like Ashok Leyland, KIA, Hyundai and some are in footwear industries.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams on strategizing, developing, and executing sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field like Automotive
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar field
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and pricing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google sheets
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
