Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and executing marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include communicating with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, providing training on our products and services, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies
• Experience in providing Training
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement and relationship management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in the technology or consumer goods industry is a plus
