Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
4. Event Sales: Sell event spaces and services to clients, including conferences, weddings, and other functions.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and front office, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
