Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our Coimbatore branch. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting our smart metering solutions, and supporting marketing activities to expand our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Present and promote AK Infos’ smart meter products to prospective clients.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Coimbatore branch.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in technology/utility/energy sectors is an advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
