Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing position located in Meerut at PATHKIND LABS. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exemplary customer service, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. The role also includes generating leads, closing sales, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the healthcare or laboratory industry is a plus
