Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling electrical panels and switchgear products to clients within Raipur and nearby areas (up to a 50 km radius). The ideal candidate should have a passion for field sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the electrical or construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients such as builders, contractors, and consultants. Promote and sell electrical panels and switchgear products. Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management. Target Clients: Builders, electrical contractors, and project consultants involved in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Sales Coverage Area: Up to 50 km from Raipur (local and nearby field visits) Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in electrical or related sectors (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel regularly within the designated sales territory. Education: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline Technical background or knowledge of electrical products is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
