We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives for our defense-grade drone solutions. The role requires strong ownership, technical understanding, and the ability to operate within complex government and defense procurement environments, demand generation, tender management, and close collaboration with government and defense stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete tender lifecyclepreparation, documentation, coordination, submission, and follow-ups. Lead the company's presence at defense exhibitions, aerospace events, conferences, live demos including concept development, booth design, content creation, and lead management. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and BD teams to support proposal creation, technical documentation, and project delivery. Maintain strong understanding of defense procurement processes, RFP/RFI ecosystems, and engagement with ministries, armed forces, PSUs, and system integrators. Assist in preparing capability brochures, solution briefs, case studies, and customer presentations tailored to defense requirements. Track market trends, competitor activities, tender opportunities, and emerging technologies to support strategic planning. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials follow defense, export, and security regulations. Manage vendor coordination, and post-event reporting to maximize ROI. Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners, defense media, and industry associations to strengthen visibility and thought leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (technical background preferred). 45 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in defense, aerospace, drones/UAS, or related technology sectors. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
