Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Defence, Aerospace Sector will be preferred
Knowledge of various process and operation of sales department.
Responsible for sales and marketing operations including closure of business offers, following
established procedures and approved processes.
Meeting weekly and monthly sales requirement, offer made, order converted and
Executed etc.
To plan and control day to day sales activities.
Evaluate, review, and make recommendations to improve sales processes.
Successful transition of new products and technology into the sales program.
Optimum utilization of resources (man, machine, material and method).
Person should be self-motivated and quick leaner to achieve desired performance level.
To co-ordinate with supporting functions (i.e. store, production, after sales etc.)
