Role & responsibilities Lead generation & business development Client visits, presentations and technical discussions Coordination with design, estimation & operations teams Understanding drawings & BOQ to propose right solution Creating proposals and quotations Negotiation & closing deals Maintaining relationship with key developers & architects. Achieve targeted sales in assigned territory Develop strong funnel with builders, architects, consultants Prepare techno-commercial proposals Maintain accurate MIS / CRM data Attend site meetings & guide clients on product selection Preferred candidate profile Mechanical parking / Elevators / Hoists / Industrial equipment / Building products Exposure to builders & Infra industry in Maharashtra or West region
