Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and sales outreach to potential clients.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Help manage client relationships, prepare sales presentations, and track sales pipelines.
• Analyse performance metrics for sales and marketing campaigns to drive optimisation.
• Collaborate on content creation for branding, public relations, and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent from IIMs or reputed colleges, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills coupled with an analytical mindset for interpreting data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or sales software is advantageous.

• Compensation:

  Unpaid; potential stipend from the second month based on performance.
