Sales And Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join Quotus and gain hands-on experience in software sales and digital marketing. This internship offers practical exposure to B2B sales processes and marketing strategies for our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

• Conduct cold calling to potential clients and prospects
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings
• Follow up on warm leads through phone calls
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain and update customer database
• Support sales team in client communication

Marketing Support:

• Assist in social media content creation and posting
• Help with market research and competitor analysis
• Support email marketing campaigns
• Create basic marketing materials and presentations
• Assist in event coordination and promotional activities

General Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable with cold calling and phone conversations
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal skills
• Interest in technology and software industry
