Job Description: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote services. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads. Follow predefined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain consistency. Research and update customer information in the database. Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch. Organizational and time management skills. Computer knowledge for data entry.
