Sales and Marketing Intern

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Humano Green, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase awareness of our sustainable packaging solutions. You will focus on building relationships with clients, expanding our customer base, and ensuring that our marketing efforts highlight the benefits of LD and compostable bags.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C markets for LD and compostable bags.
• Identify and establish partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, and businesses in industries such as food service, retail, and packaging that require eco-friendly alternatives.
• Drive e-commerce sales through digital marketing campaigns and optimize product listings on relevant online platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, website content, and other digital marketing efforts to highlight the environmental benefits of compostable bags.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including businesses and organizations seeking sustainable packaging solutions.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform future marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure sales targets align with production capacity and supply chain efficiency.
• Attend industry trade shows and environmental conferences to showcase our products and network with potential partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
