Internship Role Description

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in both business development and marketing activities. You will assist the team in lead generation, market research, brand promotion, and customer engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn how sales and marketing work together in a global B2B chemical export business.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads in domestic & international markets.

• Support outreach efforts through LinkedIn, emails, and calls.

• Assist in digital marketing activities content creation, social media posts, and email campaigns.

• Contribute to market research on customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client details.

• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fair preparations.

• Track and report progress on lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in sales, digital marketing, and global business development.

• Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in sales/marketing is a plus.

• Preferred Tools & Skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Email Marketing Tools, SEO/SEM basics.

• Exposure to CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

• Creative skills in Canva/Adobe Suite for content design are an added advantage.
