Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Manager - Healthcare & Wellness Location: On-site, in Indore Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience) About The Company: We (AMID) are a tech, robotics and healthcare SaaS provider. On behalf of one of our clients - a leading healthcare and wellness clinic in Indore, dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care and promoting healthy lifestyles, we are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join their team and help share their message with a wider audience. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage engaging healthcare and wellness-related content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Handle photography and videography for clinic activities, doctor interviews, patient education videos (with consent), and wellness tips. Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality, shareable content. Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Collaborate with doctors and staff to produce authentic and informative posts. Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: Proven experience in social media content creation, photography, and videography. Strong skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, etc.). Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Confident personality with good communication skills. Creative eye for detail and storytelling. Ability to work on-site full-time at the clinic. Knowledge of healthcare/wellness topics will be an advantage. Additional Details: All required gadgets, including camera and other equipment, will be provided by the clinic. The total duration of this internship is 5 months with an unpaid probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern : 1. Actively perform cold calling to hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to introduce Docr services. 2. Generate leads through outbound calls, walk-ins, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline. 3. Conduct product demos for doctors and clinic staff, explaining platform benefits and workflows clearly. 4. Convert leads into active subscriptions using structured follow-ups and relationship building. 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and conversion status in CRM or internal tracking tools. 6. Understand doctor pain points and effectively pitch Docr solutions tailored to their clinic needs. 7. Meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets as assigned by the sales manager. 8. Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth doctor activation. 9. Collect field feedback and competitor insights to improve sales strategy and product positioning. 10. Uphold ethical sales practices and represent the Docr brand professionally at all times.
