Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to support our sales and marketing team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating product demonstrations with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services to prospects over phone
• Generate and qualify leads
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team and customers
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel
• Support marketing activities and sales campaigns
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and follow-up lists
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demo execution

Requirements & Skills

• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
• MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work from office and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Students pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Prior experience in calling, telemarketing, or sales support (preferred but not mandatory)
