Job Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in increasing customer base, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Customers via company WhatsApp and make sales
• Ideate customer acquisition strategies
• Manage Social media presence
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, ads, and stories using Canva
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audience to build brand awareness and drive engagement
• Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Analyze website traffic and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and managing subscriber lists.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Strong graphic design skills and experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
