Senior Manager – Hospital Sales
(Fixed plus high Incentive)

(Only for Hospital/Doctor experience sales)

Organization: TRUE Hospitals | Location: Gurgaon

Role:

• Onboard doctors across specialties into TRUE Hospitals network.
• Generate leads from GPs, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners.
• Drive patient inflow, OPD/IPD growth, and hospital revenue.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Must have hospital sales experience in the NCR region.
• Strong doctor & corporate network with proven conversion skills.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience with a track record in healthcare sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
