Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, handling digital marketing activities, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials and social media platforms.
• Handle digital marketing campaigns and maintain brand presence online.
• Manage and update social media pages with relevant posts and updates.
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Make sales calls and follow up with leads effectively.
• Maintain regular reports on marketing and sales performance.
• Handle email management and client communication.
• Manage all necessary documentation related to sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Any graduate (specialization in Marketing or Business preferred).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess skills or knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, and documentation.
• Proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
