Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Latur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and closing sales to meet the company’s revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand awareness. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Participate in promotional activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches. Collaborate with the product and operations team to align sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques (including digital marketing). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation. Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., FMCG, real estate, software, etc.]. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
