Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers promptly and in good condition while providing excellent customer service. You must be able to navigate efficiently and ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers on assigned routes. Load, transport, and deliver items in a safe and timely manner. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Handle customer complaints or concerns courteously. Ensure delivery vehicles are maintained in good working condition. Follow company safety protocols and traffic laws at all times. Collect payments or obtain signatures as required.
