Job Description

Role Summary Reporting to the Sales/Regional Manager, this role blends field sales and marketing to help achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The candidate will actively pursue leads, build client relationships, and drive brand visibility across residential, commercial, and B2B channels. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Prospect architects, builders, contractors and homeowners to generate and nurture sales leads through cold calling, field visits, social media, and referrals. Sales & Revenue: Present product features and benefits, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed assigned targets. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients; handle inquiries and offer relevant solutions. Product Demonstration & Technical Insight: Educate clients on UPVC or aluminium door/window systems, highlighting their technical, aesthetic, and maintenance benefits. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging opportunities; suggest adjustments to sales/marketing strategies. Sales Reporting & CRM: Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, sales, follow-ups; maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools. Promotional Activities: Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, trade show visits, and customer events to boost brand visibility.
