Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant industrial sectors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Any degree from a recognized university or institution
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (Industrial sector preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
