Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, or Justdial, with a proven track record in lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Onboard SMEs, wholesalers, and distributors to our platform by explaining the benefits and service offerings.
• Understand client requirements and present customized solutions that meet their business needs.
• Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably with IndiaMART, Justdial, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client meetings and product presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
