We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand our client base and build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bhiwani and surrounding regions. Promote and sell steel fabrication services to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred). 4 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing. Preferred Industry Experience: Fabrication-related work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
