We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a strong ability to build client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
