Job Description

As a potential candidate, you would be responsible for the following key tasks: - Prepare and share quotations with customers. - Follow up on enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships. - Manage and update customer database for effective communication and retention. - Manage inventory for Cognex products and ensure stock availability. - Handle demo requests and coordinate with the technical team when required. - Process orders, including Cognex order booking and purchase order handling. - Coordinate dispatch of materials, track shipments, and maintain dispatch records. Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in customer service or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using inventory management systems. - Familiarity with Cognex products is a plus.
